Leg Cramps Solution

Leg Cramps Solution Maybe it happens to you. Sometimes during the day, especially at night, your leg muscles seize up. The pain is quite great. They say there are many reasons why this happens. Things got so bad I had to literally pray for a solution: "Lord, I need to find an answer to this." Little did I know the medical establishment had already found a quick solution, but their explanations/descriptions are mired down with so much data that the simple solution is lost among all the details. It's there if you read the articles carefully. My solution came one night while trying to get to sleep. I imagined a seizure. Why not point the toes outward? Shouldn't that alleviate the stress on the calves? Shouldn't the muscle be more relaxed? I tried out my idea when the next assault came. The pain was even worse! Much much worse. In desperation I pointed the toes in the opposite direction. And the calf relaxed! Wait a minute. Stretching the muscle instead of relaxing it was the key. I remembered my prayer and said my thanks. I recently found medical articles stating the exact procedure I describe here. So much to have to know. What a mess of information. I am speaking only of the calf muscles, between the heel and the inner knee. Recently, because of being over weight, I've had trouble grabbing the front of my feet. And so discovered an even better way: Grab the big toe of the foot of the leg in question and pull upwards. There's a great handle right there in front of you! Yank on that and your mind will rest easier knowing that TOES UP UP UP is the way to ease the suffering. Of course you should seek preventative solutions, stretching, diet, not sitting for long periods of time, etc, all the things the doctors recommend. But for now, a good pull is what you need. I hope this helps someone out there. I don't know how this all came to me out of the blue, how one thing led to another, and another. "Ask and you shall receive." - J.C. I just thought I shouldn't keep this a secret, and it needed to be said. It was given to me for free and I offer it for free. Have a nice pulling. Nate. April 2013.
